Court Finance operates to ensure the quick and efficient payment of the financial responsibilities of the Court such as payment to Court Appointed Special Advocates, Appointed Counsel, Restitution, utilities, office supplies, payroll, and any other expenses incurred on behalf of the Court. In addition, there are two full-time dedicated Grant Writers/Planners that work diligently to locate, apply for, and manage numerous grants the Court uses to supplement or enhance the services offered to the juveniles and families of Montgomery County. This team reports directly to the Director of Operations, Brian K. Buttrey.
