Magistrate Livingston


Jeffrey D. Livingston graduated from Trotwood-Madison High School and then Wright State University with a degree in Business Management. He attended the University Of Dayton School Of Law and graduated May 15, 1993. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 1993. He has been in private practice his whole legal career. The practice focused mainly on criminal, juvenile and domestic relation law. He has conducted numerous jury trials in criminal matters and legal custody/permanent custody trials in juvenile matters. He was a Guardian ad litem for the Montgomery County Juvenile Court, the Preble County Juvenile Court and the Warren County Juvenile Court. He also received on May 1, 2001 the Special Recognition for Service and Contribution to the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, General Division, Assigned Counsel Program – Criminal Court. He again received on May 1, 2006 the Special Recognition for Service and Contribution to the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, General Division, Assigned Counsel Program – Criminal Court.
