Filings and Payments

Filing Hours

8:30am-4:15pm, Monday-Friday, including lunch
Due to staffing, only one clerk is available for filings over the lunch hour

Filings / Payments MUST include:

Juvenile / Case Name
Case Number
Juvenile Date of Birth

Please include your name, phone number, address and relationship to the case when mailing a filing or payment. The Clerks Office will attempt to reach you if there are any questions or items missing from your correspondence.

For electronic filings, please submit to MCJCEFile@mcjcohio.org. The Clerk of Court will accept email filing of documents only if the filing party or attorney produces the original document along with the filing fee to the office of the Clerk of Court within twenty-four (24) hours after the document is filed by email.

Payments via mail must be a business account check (attorneys) or money orders (all other clients). Please see the “Forms of Payment” by clicking here for more information.

Online

If you wish to use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card to pay your fines, court costs, restitution, or bond payment online please click the {Forte} logo below.

Please note, you MUST have your case number in order to make a payment online.  If you do not have your case number, please contact the Juvenile Court at (937) 225-4199 to obtain your case number then proceed online to make your payment.  A service fee is charged for using this system. This fee is not charged nor is it collected by Montgomery County Juvenile Court but by the payment processor {Forte}. The amount of the service fee will be displayed below the payment amount of your bill.

In Person

Via Mail

  • Money Order

No personal checks will be accepted.

Payments will be applied according to the Juvenile Court Priority Policy:

  1. Filing Fees
  2. Tobacco Fines / Bonds
  3. Court Costs
  4. Fines
  5. Restitution
