Magistrate Leahy

Ashley Leahy was appointed as a Juvenile Court Magistrate in January 2025. Prior to joining the Court, she worked in the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office, serving in several divisions, including Child Protection, Juvenile, Grand Jury and Criminal, both as a docket attorney and a trial supervisor.

Magistrate Leahy received her law degree from the University of Dayton’s School of Law in 2016, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.
